Gaming for a Cause
IT'S NOT A GAME! is an event to raise money to fight against some of the biggest threats to current and future generations (see causes below). But why not have fun while doing it? Come join us for a day and evening of contests, gaming, food, and drink. The theme is Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome. No need to come in costume but if you do you'll get one contest advantage at the door!
Causes
Climate change is one of the most devastating problems that humanity has ever faced—and the clock is running out. Solutions? We have the technology. We have the money. We need leadership to listen to science. Union of Concerned Scientists fight misinformation and defend science.

Hate groups are on the rise. They threaten others because of their race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender identity – prejudices that strike at the heart of our democratic values and fracture society along its most fragile fault lines. Solutions? We need to expose their activities and bring them to justice. Southern Poverty Law Center battles racial and social injustice.
